Job description

Haddad Collision Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented dealership auto body appraiser to join our team in Pittsfield, MA. As a key member of our collision center, you will evaluate vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and work closely with insurance companies and customers to ensure accurate and efficient service. If you have a strong knowledge of auto body repair and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed inspections of vehicles to assess auto body damage
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive repair estimates using industry-standard software
  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters, repair technicians, and customers to facilitate timely repairs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry repair standards and parts pricing
  • Document damage and repair processes thoroughly for internal and insurance records
  • Provide excellent customer service and clear communication throughout the appraisal process
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an auto body appraiser or in a similar role at a dealership or collision center
  • Strong understanding of auto body repairs, replacement parts, and estimating processes
  • Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC One, Mitchell, or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and customers
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
