Cosmetic Auto Body Repair Technician

We are looking for a young, hungry, and coachable individual to join our team as a Cosmetic Auto Body Repair Technician. No prior auto body experience is required — we will train you from the ground up. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is ready to roll up their sleeves, learn a valuable and marketable trade, and grow with a team that is invested in your success. If you have the drive and the attitude, we'll give you the tools and knowledge to build a lasting career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cosmetic repairs on vehicles including dents, scratches, and surface imperfections under guidance from senior technicians
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces for repair and refinishing
  • Use hand tools and equipment to complete assigned repair tasks
  • Drive and reposition fleet vehicles on-site as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Actively engage in on-the-job training and apply feedback quickly

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
  • Ability to safely operate fleet vehicles (required)
  • Young and hungry — eager to build something and prove yourself
  • A genuine drive to learn, grow, and master a skilled craft
  • Experience with hand tools in any setting is a strong plus
  • Coachable, receptive to feedback, and motivated to improve every day
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • No auto body experience necessary — your attitude and work ethic matter most

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay
  • Hands-on training and mentorship from day one
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • A clear path for growth and advancement as your skills develop
