We are seeking a Paint Prepper with experience in auto body preparation who is reliable, has good work ethics, and an eye for detail. You will be responsible for flawlessly preparing the vehicle's surfaces for painting by sanding, taping, and masking. Other duties include mixing/applying the primer and sealers, preparing the surfaces for refinishing, checking for imperfections, and correcting them so that the painter can restore the vehicle to its original appearance. You will maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols, and communicate effectively with other team members to generate the highest level of workflow efficiency within the shop.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in auto body painting prep
  • Knowledgeable with the application of primers and sealers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 7 am-3:30 pm, and Saturdays as needed. We offer competitive pay based on experience, health insurance, paid vacation, sick days, and participation in a 401k plan.
