Job description

Interstate Assembly Systems is looking for an independent, driven individual to join our team in Surprise, AZ as a Sandblaster - Paint Prep. We build custom trucks and have tremendous room for growth!

Interstate Assembly Systems brings decades of experience engineering and manufacturing custom service vehicles, power generation equipment, and various engine driven packages including pumps and power units for customers across the world.

***Schedule M-F, 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM***

This position will be performing general paint prep, sanding, masking, minor body work, sandblasting, painting and applying bed liner.

Requirements include:

  • Experience in truck equipment a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent attendance and ability to work overtime.
  • Strong orientation towards quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
