CBL-Los AngelesCar Body Lab is seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Auto Body Repair Technician to join our growing team. This role is a Combo Technician role that requires knowledge and skill in collision repair and paint. In this dynamic role, you'll deliver high-quality, on-site auto repair and paint services directly to customers - both individual vehicle owners (B2C) and commercial/fleet clients (B2B). You'll operate within a fully equipped mobile unit and represent our brand with professionalism, technical excellence, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently and perform minor to moderate collision repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and bumper repairs on-site at customer locations.
- Conduct paint prep and refinishing work, including color matching, blending, and clear coating using portable spray systems.
- Provide services at homes, workplaces, or fleet yards, ensuring a convenient and seamless experience for clients.
- Accurately diagnose repair needs and communicate clearly with customers and dispatch teams.
- Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clean mobile equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure optimal performance and presentation.
- Document repairs, capture before/after photos, and process job completions digitally.
- Collaborate with customer service and scheduling teams to ensure on-time arrival and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement of 21+ years.
