Job description

America's Auto Auction - Birmingham is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll help coordinate weekly Lease/Bank and Damaged & Disabled sales while supporting smooth auction operations from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with multiple departments, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and support weekly sale day operations and vehicle sale preparation
  • Enter and maintain accurate vehicle, pricing, and inventory information in company systems
  • Review and verify vehicle files, sale eligibility, and supporting documentation
  • Partner with the Title Department to ensure titles and required paperwork are received and processed timely
  • Investigate discrepancies, resolve inventory issues, and reconcile sale information
  • Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding sale schedules and vehicle status
  • Collaborate with Accounting on balancing sales and post-sale invoicing activities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support, including special projects and reporting as needed
  • Assist in maintaining efficient workflows that support a successful auction experience
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency and comfort working with databases and reporting systems

Requirements
