As a Behavior Technician, you will have the unique opportunity to work directly with children on the autism spectrum, helping them develop necessary skills and behaviors through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Precision Teaching techniques. YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN

As a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Jumpstart Autism Center, you will have the incredible opportunity to work one on one with children between the ages of one to twelve years old, providing early intervention behavioral therapy. Through our in-depth, paid training program, you will become equipped with the skills and knowledge to teach learners on the autism spectrum new adaptive behaviors such as language, functional communication, play skills, pro-social behaviors, and self-help skills, just to name a few! During your sessions with learners, you will implement behaviorally based clinical protocols with precision, while carefully charting data and making data driven decisions. Our supportive team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) will provide supervision and guidance, creating customized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs that you will implement with learners.
