Job description

Do meaningful work — the kind you were meant to do.

We’re looking for a certain kind of clinician:  a BCBA who aspires to have their kids make breakthroughs families talk about for years, whose BTs and RBTs grow into better clinicians because of their mentorship, and who can hold scientific rigor in one hand and steady, sensitive care in the other and never let go!

We call them Teammates. We built Caravel for them. And if this sounds like you, here's what walking through our door looks like.

  • A caseload that lets you actually do the work We’ll protect your capacity, because we know that ethical, effective care isn't possible without it. At Caravel, we create manageable caseloads and build in time for supervision, collaboration, and development.
  • Clinical leadership that's actually there You're never on an island. You’ll receive strong clinical mentorship, real career pathways into leadership, and colleagues who treat your expertise like it matters. Because it does.
  • A culture that respects your time and expertise Quality care, sustainable hours, and benefits that reflect your worth. We want you to do meaningful work and still have a life outside of it.

What you'll do

  • Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor BTs and RBTs — and grow the next generation of Life Changers along the way
  • Partner closely with families and Caravel teams
  • Let data guide your decisions, and keep each child squarely at the center

What we're looking for

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Strong clinical judgment and the kind of communication that builds trust

What we offer – $88,763 - $102,078 - and potential increase with our BCBA Career Path levels!

  • Competitive pay + performance incentives
  • Up to $10,000 Sign-on bonus
  • Relocation assistance for eligible candidates
  • Student loan repayment support for eligible candidates
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off (PTO), holiday pay, short/long term disability, and multiple options for insurance plans (health, dental, and vision) for full time teammates
  • Corporate support teams
  • CEU & professional development

Why this work. Why us.

At Caravel, we don't just talk about changing lives — we do the work, every day. We help children with autism discover their potential and help their families thrive. We support each other’s progress in our individual journeys and push the industry to improve, day after day.

We turn difficult circumstances into small moments of progress, and eventually into big steps forward. This work isn't luck or magic. It's relentless and demanding — guided by scientific rigor and fueled by the kind of steady, sensitive care that only Life Changers can bring.

Our Teammates are a rare breed: compassionate, creative problem-solvers who can't help but want to make people's lives better.

Is this you?

Then join us.
