At Adina ABA, we provide gentle, comprehensive ABA therapy services to clients that are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other related disorders, enabling them to reach their full potentials. We believe in unlocking and nurturing these potentials by establishing trusting relationships and bringing joy to learning.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Certifications:

  • Willing to obtain the RBT credential within 60 days of employment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • CPR certification and Handle With Care (HWC) must be completed within 30 days of employment.
  • Previous experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred.
  • Availability Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm

What does the position look like?

  • Deliver 1:1 behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Participate in the activities of daily living with client such as toileting, bathing, dressing, etc.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions that encourage appropriate play, leisure, communication, academics skills, as well as target behaviors for reduction.
  • Function as an active participant on the client's treatment team through collaboration with clinical staff and the client's family/caregivers.
  • Lead groups and social activities to meet the needs of multiple clients.
