Wireless Tower Technician / Tower Climber (Level I-III) - Telecom Construction 

Location: Huntingdon Valley, PA - Philadelphia, PA


Invertice is a telecommunications construction contractor specializing in tower construction, structural modifications, and wireless infrastructure. We perform tower builds, maintenance, structural modifications, antenna and line installation, equipment installations, and supporting construction work for major wireless carriers across multiple markets.


Safety, disciplined execution, and continuous training are central to our field operations.


Invertice is hiring Wireless Tower Technicians / Tower Climbers at Levels I-III to join our growing field crews. This is hands-on work for individuals who are comfortable working at height and want to help build, maintain, and upgrade the wireless infrastructure that keeps communities connected. We welcome motivated candidates at different experience levels and are willing to train the right individuals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Safely climb communication towers ranging from 100 to over 500 feet
  • Install, test, and troubleshoot antennas, coax, fiber optics, and radio equipment
  • Perform routine tower maintenance, structural modifications, and inspections
  • Use specialized hand and power tools while harnessed and working at height
  • Execute work in accordance with crew direction, project requirements, and established safety procedures
  • Follow OSHA, company safety guidelines, JHAs, and fall protection requirements on every job
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and safety gear and report deficiencies promptly
  • Travel to various project sites and work outdoors in changing weather conditions

Qualifications

  • Previous tower climbing, telecommunications, construction, electrical, or mechanical experience preferred
  • Willingness and ability to safely work at significant heights
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work effectively with hand and power tools
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel to different job sites as required
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
  • CPR / First Aid certification preferred
  • Authorized Climber / Rescue certification preferred
  • NWSA Level 1 & 2 preferred
  • Training and certification support available for motivated candidates
