Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Authentication Services Engineer to support a divestiture-driven separation of user identity and access services. This individual will work as part of a cross-regional team to assist with existing internal resources, the new company and Cyber to enable access to data and applications and block data from being accessed by the divested entity employees after close.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the separation and reconfiguration of identity and authentication services, including Azure AD, SSO's
  • Ensure continuity of single sign-on (SSO), MFA, conditional access policies, and federation configurations
  • Troubleshoot authentication issues, manage user access changes, and implement least privilege access principles
  • Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and migration teams to ensure seamless execution
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 12+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) or authentication-focused engineering roles
  • Deep hands-on experience with Azure AD, Active Directory, and cloud identity platforms (Okta, Ping, etc.)
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect
  • Experience with hybrid identity solutions, B2B/B2C configurations, and directory synchronization
  • Familiarity with security compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA)
  • Prior experience in separation or merger programs is a strong plus
