Seasoned BMW Automotive Technicians (6YR+ EXP REQ)

Pay: $120,000 – $149,000+ per year (based on experience)
Location: Capitol Heights, MD
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday **NO WEEKENDS**

Who We’re Looking For
  • An A-level BMW Technician (or highly productive B-level) with 6+ years professional experience

  • You should have no issue completing 50+ hours of production per week

  • Strong diagnostic skills and confidence working on BMW/MINI, including factory ISTA knowledge

  • Experience to take on any BMW job that rolls in the door, from brakes to timing chains

  • Ability to use voltmeters, amp clamps, wiring diagrams, and adapt to new scan tools quickly

  • Meticulous attention to detail—every harness, every bolt where it belongs

  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with passion for both the craft and your free time

Other BMW/European brand experience is a big plus.

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose and repair BMW vehicles with precision

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and document work accurately

  • Use scan tools (Xentry, ISTA, iSCAN, Autel, AutoLogic, etc.) and scopes (PICO a plus)

  • Collaborate with teammates and uphold high repair standards

  • Commit to mastering your craft with ongoing training
