About the Job:

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive with deep roots in the healthcare industry to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional. They should have sold Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Managed XDR (MXDR), or Identity Security Services to large healthcare organizations. You'll leverage your existing relationships and industry credibility to drive growth, deliver value, and strengthen cybersecurity postures across the healthcare sector.

You will report to the SVP, Strategic Sales and we are looking for the ability to engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and partners to understand their security requirements and offer tailored solutions. You will work with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams to provide a seamless sales process.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, engage, and cultivate new business opportunities within enterprise healthcare accounts.
  • Leverage existing relationships with hospital systems, healthcare networks, and provider organizations to accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Consult with Csuite and security leaders to assess risk postures and craft tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Partner closely with technical teams to align MDR/XDR/MXDR and identity security offerings with client needs.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through negotiation and contract close.
  • Collaborate internally across marketing, product, and customer success to optimize client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintain expert-level understanding of industry trends, regulations (HIPAA, HITECH), and emerging threats in healthcare.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on managed detection/response or identity security.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals ($$$ M+) within healthcare organizations.
  • Existing relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and security decision-makers in the healthcare vertical.
  • Experience with healthcare operations, compliance challenges, and digital security needs.
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
  • Previous experience selling identity and access management (IAM), managed security services (MSS), or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from scratch, with a focus on new business acquisition.
  • Track sales activities through Hubspot and Salesforce.
