In this role, you’ll create coordinated 3D models and fabrication drawings for mechanical and plumbing systems on large residential and commercial projects. You’ll support every stage of project design, from preconstruction planning to field installation.

About Our Company:

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3D Modeling & Coordination: Build detailed, constructible 3D models in Revit/Navisworks for prefabrication and field installation. Perform clash detection and coordinate routing with other trades to prevent field conflicts.
  • Documentation & Materials: Prepare coordination, fabrication, and installation drawings from your models. Generate Bills of Materials to support procurement.
  • Collaboration & Planning: Review construction drawings, specifications, and submittals. Work closely with engineers, project managers, superintendents, and clients to develop cohesive construction plans.
  • Field Support: Assist with survey and field layout under guidance from senior field engineers.
  • Problem Solving: Address complex coordination challenges and help resolve schedule or construction conflicts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in construction, ideally on the mechanical or plumbing contractor side.
  • Familiarity with Montana plumbing and mechanical codes and standards.
  • Strong professional skills for interacting with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
