Weare looking for a Candidate with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience with QualityAssurance practices and methodologies or three years (3) experience
shippingand receiving product in a Warehouse environment. The Candidate will beresponsible for assuring Universal Assets Management Quality Management Systemgoals and directives are met with accuracy and on time commitment.
Description & Responsibilities
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements through analysis of process measurement data.
  • Serves as a member of a multi-functional or technical team. Responsible for implementing the overall Quality Program for a diversity of products and services in support of UAM business goals.
  • Independently performs audits/surveillance of UAM Processes to ensure customer and contractual requirements are met.
  • Investigates and provides data on customer complaints/concerns regarding UAM processes which impact customer satisfaction.
  • Conducts collection and analysis of quality information from multiple sources for the development of quality strategy and programs
  • Evaluating existing Quality documentation and procedures for compliance and accuracy.
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues related to quality and/or operational issues while meeting deadlines.
  • Leads and collaborates on non-conformance and CAPA investigations
  • Provides Audit support to operations teams including pre audit readiness verification, audit participation as needed, and post audit corrective action
  • Develops and implements databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Prepares and maintains a variety of company records and reports as required.
  • Perform any other related duties including compliance tasks as assigned and needed

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
• High School diploma
• Excellent attention to detail and record keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point
• Organized, attention to detail and maintain appropriateanalytical skills.
