PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: We are hiring a Guest Experience Intern on behalf of our parent company, which oversees the following brands: Classic Fun Center (Orem), Ritz Magic Wheels, Ritz Eats & Sweets, RollCall, The Alley, East End Skating, and Infly.co. For this position, we are looking for someone who is versatile and willing to do many types of work. You will help us hire, train, and recognize great people. You'll build hiring funnels, onboarding checklists, and training trackers, and you'll update SOPs. These projects will vary in scope and there will be plenty of opportunity to gain new skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, track pipeline
  • Create onboarding and training checklists; track completions and certifications
  • Update SOPs/training docs and produce quick reference sheets
  • Audit incident logs; coordinate safety trainings
  • Support culture programs (recognition, shout-outs, surveys).
