Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

Become a member of Albany ENT and Allergy Services, the Capital Region's preeminent private Otolaryngology practice. Our focus is on superb patient care today and tomorrow!

We are growing fast to meet the needs of our growing community. Albany ENT and Allergy will soon be opening our newest state-of-the-art clinical practice site serving the Saratoga Springs community. We are seeking an Otolaryngologist to support our growing patient population. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values clinical excellence, teamwork, and long-term professional growth.

We have openings in both our flagship office in the heart of Albany and our newest location in Saratoga Springs.

Requirements:

  • Board-eligible/Board-certified in Otolaryngology - Head and neck surgery

  • Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation:

The starting salary for this position is $350,000, with potential earnings up to $399,000 in year 1 when factoring in bonus and benefits. Compensation grows in subsequent years with additional bonus eligibility, a comprehensive benefits package, and a clear pathway to partnership. A detailed compensation range and projections will be shared during the interview process.
