Position Overview:
In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating hearing aid candidacy, recommending and fitting hearing aids, and building lasting relationships with patients through education, followup care, and community engagement. You will work in a retailbased clinical environment that combines professional autonomy with strong operational support.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations using bestpractice clinical protocols
  • Interpret test results and recommend individualized hearing care solutions based on patient needs and lifestyle
  • Present product options clearly, emphasizing value, longterm benefits, and patient outcomes
  • Program, fit, and verify hearing instruments, including new, premium technology from major manufacturers
  • Perform routine followup visits, cleanings, adjustments, and hearing aid repairs
  • Maintain accurate and compliant patient records, including documentation and outcome measures
  • Deliver exceptional service that supports patient satisfaction, loyalty, and positive clinical outcomes
  • Collaborate with leadership and peers to support center performance and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current Audiology license or Hearing Aid Dispensing license in the state of role (required)
  • Strong clinical, counseling, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, patientfriendly manner
  • Comfort working in a retail healthcare setting
  • Commitment to ethical practice and patientfocused care
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
