ABOUT THE ROLE
The Brand & Content Marketing team contributes to Audible as the strategic architects building meaningful audience experiences that inspire brand consideration and love. We serve as the strategic bridge between Audible's ambitious marketplace opportunity and the actual connection with listeners through carefully crafted, localized brand narratives, tentpole content selections, and in-person experiences.
The Brand and Content Marketing Manager for North America is a hands-on execution role responsible for supporting the delivery of Audible's audiobook & podcast marketing campaigns and brand initiatives in the United States and Canada. Working closely with your manager and senior team members, you will execute marketing initiative components, support cross-functional workflows, and contribute to operational excellence across campaign touchpoints

With guidance, you will ensure the timely delivery of campaign elements aligned with the team's strategy and goals.

As a Brand and Content Marketing Manager, North America, you will...
- Execute assigned campaign components within the team's defined strategy for Audible's audiobook and podcast marketing initiatives across the United States and Canada, ensuring on-time, on-brand delivery of assets across the full campaign lifecycle
- Contribute to the development of strategic briefs and research, helping consolidate marketing touchpoints for stakeholder alignment and supporting cross-functional workflows across creative, media, and product teams
- Monitor and report on campaign KPIs and performance metrics, providing optimization recommendations to improve listener engagement, tune-in behavior, and content discovery
- Manage deliverable trackers across internal and external teams, traffic assets to media partners and agencies, route creative for approvals, and maintain documentation that provides visibility into campaign status
- Handle operational essentials including action codes, vanity URLs, vendor onboarding, invoicing, and recap reporting with accuracy and attention to detail across high volumes of deliverables
- Recommend improvements to team processes, playbooks, and tools; support adoption of project management and campaign tracking platforms (e.g., Airtable, Jira, Asana) to drive operational efficiency
- Support the planning and execution of podcast advertising tactics including host-read ads, pre-produced spots, programmatic audio, dynamic ad insertion, feed drop strategies, and run of network (RON) campaigns to drive listener acquisition for Audible Originals and exclusive content
- Contribute to show-level and title-level go-to-market plans including positioning, messaging, and channel-specific promotion strategies across audio platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and beyond)
- Support cross-platform promotion campaigns that work across owned, earned, and paid audio surfaces with consistent messaging and optimized timing to build awareness at scale
- Coordinate with peers and adjacent teams on day-to-day campaign activities, including liaising with shopping experience teams for placements, supporting brand activations and sponsorship events, and helping manage talent and partner relationships in service of marketing GTMs
