Job description

BrightPipe is seeking to add a warehouse technician to our team. This role is very important as you will be responsible for pulling, testing, configuring, and packing equipment for our client events. Ideal candidates are interested in technology and want to learn about displays, computers, and mobile devices. If you love hands-on time with a variety of technologies while working with people, then you are a great fit. We are seeking someone who is excellent with handling many details, able to multitask without dropping assignments, and enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. If you are mature, responsible, able to occasionally travel, and have a positive attitude we would love to talk to you.

BrightPipe provides audio visual services to the tradeshow and event industry. Winning in this role looks like:

- Maintain a variety of A/V equipment, computers, displays, LED tiles and other technologies.
- Able to become forklift certified.
- Troubleshoot basic issues with Computers, iOS, and A/V technologies.
- Willing to drive company truck to deliver equipment to local customers and venues.
- Follow shipping and receiving procedures for dock deliveries and pickups
- Work with and occasionally manage other tradespeople such as local labor providers.
- Refurbish and put away equipment to keep warehouse organized.
- Prep and pack equipment for shipping to show site.


Skills and tools needed to succeed:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Consistently use inventory tools to manage equipment.
- Able to follow packing and refurbish procedures.
- Able to keep up with details and multitask.
