Job Description:

  • Client is seeking a skilled Audio-Visual & Collaboration Engineer to design, deploy, and manage state-of-the-art meeting spaces and situation rooms for our premier client in Philadelphia, PA.
  • In this role, you will bridge hardware engineering and cloud collaboration software, ensuring seamless hybrid communication across the enterprise.
  • You will take ownership of the end-to-end conference room ecosystem—from hands-on integration of Poly and Microsoft Surface Hub systems to high-level project management, vendor oversight, and ITIL-aligned service delivery in ServiceNow.

Qualifications:

•             Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification required.

•             Proven technical engineering experience with enterprise AV hardware, specifically Polycom/Poly systems and Microsoft Surface Hubs.

•             Deep operational expertise supporting and configuring Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms environments.

•             Solid grasp of ITIL principles and hands-on experience using ServiceNow for ticketing and asset management.

•             Strong project management and vendor management capabilities with a track record of successful room rollouts.

•             Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
