Job description

Now Hiring for a Service Coordinator to help support audio and visual installations and working with technicians to support their scheduling and inventory levels!!

Description:

โ€ข Secure labor for installations.

โ€ข Timely installation of AV projects.

โ€ข Install arrivals communicated to customer(s).

โ€ข Build installation schedules into the future.

โ€ข Fleet utilization

โ€ข Teamwork: schedule installations with AV Project Managers.

Typical Day:

โ€ข Schedule technicians and commissioners to projects and publish for visibility to the team.

โ€ข Secure labor for installations: Internal Technicians and sub-contractors for nationwide installations.

โ€ข Manage sub-contractor contractual agreements. Maintain the list of subcontractors retained.

โ€ข Find subcontractors in outstate markets. Multiple entities required in markets.

โ€ข Match installation and commissioning requirements with appropriate skill sets.

โ€ข Work closely with AV Install Manager and Project Managers to get installs staffed.

โ€ข Onboard sub contracted labor groups.

โ€ข Modify the install and commissioning schedule as required.

โ€ข Manage internal and external communications related to installation schedule.

โ€ข Maximize fleet efficiency through effective route dispatching. Rent vehicles as required.

โ€ข Service customers timely.

โ€ข Other work as directed.

Qualifications:

3+ years of work experience in customer support and coordination of services

Computer Savvy with Excel - managing data across multiple spreadsheets

Technical aptitude required - supported a consumer product or technology

Prefers experience with Audio Visual Technology

Prefers ticketing experience to track and resolve issues

Shift:

Flexible, but prefer someone who can work from 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday

Pay:

$24-$27/hr (based on experience)

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
