Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Bethesda, MD.Interested? Here's what you'd do: Support conference room and ad-hoc audio/visual technical services as needed. These services include connecting, configuring, troubleshooting, uninstalling audio/visual devises (desktops, laptops, specialized projection devices, etc.) that are used to display digital data onto screens and/or monitors. Provide setups and scheduling for audio visual requirements Responsible to perform basic equipment maintenance. Identify, troubleshoot, repair, align, and document failed equipment and deficiencies including basic preventive maintenance, basic installation, maintain, repair, and modify audio visual equipment to be used on video teleconference locations or at the desktop. Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to address problems or coordinates to repair malfunctions. Maintain effective customer communications and relations. May provide minimal onsite training of customer user personnel for audiovisual systems, monitor meetings and provide support as directed.
