Audio Visual Analyst
The Audio Visual Analyst is responsible for ensuring reliable, high-quality audio visual technology across corporate meeting spaces, collaboration areas, digital signage, and live events. This role is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV systems that enable effective communication and business continuity for employees, leaders, and visitors.

SCHEDULE: 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F
PAY RATE: $30.00 hour
The position partners closely with IT, Facilities, business teams, and external vendors to deliver practical AV solutions, support meetings and executive events, maintain accurate system documentation, and identify opportunities to improve service, quality, and the end-user experience.
Audio Visual Analyst Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and implement AV systems based on business requirements
  • Install and configure audio-visual equipment including microphones, speakers, video displays and digital signage players
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure AV systems are functioning properly
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver integrated AV solutions
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users of AV systems
  • Update and maintain detailed documentation for AV systems and installations
  • Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and industry trends
  • Conduct system testing and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage inventory and order new AV equipment as needed
  • Assist in the setup and management of live events and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in AV system installations


Audio Visual Analyst Qualifications & Skills
