Audio visual contracts are legally binding agreements between parties that outline the terms and conditions for providing audio visual (AV) services or equipment. These contracts typically detail the scope of work, rental or purchase of AV equipment, installation, technical support, payment terms, and responsibilities of each party. Audio visual contracts help ensure that both the client and the AV provider are clear on expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
