This role is conducted entirely remotely, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space. As part of our outpatient office setting, you will utilize our state-of-the-art online platform to connect with clients through secure video conferencing. • Conduct assessments and develop customized treatment plans for clients struggling with various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, grief, and more.
• Utilize our online platform to provide therapy through audio/video sessions, tailored therapeutic tools such as journaling and worksheets, and effective goal-setting methodologies.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes as per company standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in continual professional development through training programs and peer collaboration, to enhance your therapeutic skills and contribute to improved patient outcomes.

The LPCC role at Reset Wellness focuses on a low-acuity client base, consisting primarily of individuals experiencing manageable mental health challenges such as anxiety, stress management, and transitional life phases. You will be equipped to provide compassionate support tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering a therapeutic environment that promotes healing and growth. Our platform ensures that your patient caseload aligns with your areas of expertise and interest.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Must possess an Independent LPCC license in good standing, free of any disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated experience (minimum of 2 years) in a clinical setting, preferably with emphasis on virtual therapy.
• Proficient in the use of video conferencing technology and telehealth platforms.
• A stable internet connection and reliable computer system for seamless client interactions.

• A background in providing telehealth counseling services is highly desirable.
• Experience in CBT or other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Previous work with clients facing various mental health challenges related to life transitions is a plus.
