Audio/Video Salesperson

Abt Electronics has an immediate opening for the position of an Audio/Video Salesperson. We are a family owned company who has been in business since 1936 and continues to experience strong growth year after year. Abt Electronics specializes in electronics, appliance & furniture sales, delivery, installation and servicing all the products we sell. We are a perennial winner of the Chicago Tribune's Top Workplace Award. We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible & friendly Audio/Video Salesperson to join our team. If this is you, we want to hear from you!

In addition, must be comfortable contributing/working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fun work environment. Primary duties include:

  • Providing best-in-class customer experience
  • Building long lasting customer relationships on a fast paced sales floor
  • Attending on-going training to stay proficient on current products & technologies
  • Achieving monthly sales goals

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years successful sales track record work experience in consumer electronics industry
  • Working knowledge of premium audio, home theater, control/automation systems, installation sales
  • Ability to provide products & services based on customers' needs
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to close sales
  • Bi-lingual a plus
