· Provide 2nd level IT support

· Experience with operating system installation using SCCM, anti-spyware, anti-virus, custom and commercial software · Experience with mobile telephony technologies (MobileIron, iPad, Android and iPhone) · Knowledge of office products like word/excel/email client etc.

· Proficiency in desktop support including knowledge of current Windows operating systems · Hardware support - Laptops, Printers, Desktop, Telephony equipment break fix · Backup & restore of OS and Data · Procurement of Hardware, Maintaining the assets and Hardware spare stock · Hands on Audio/Video conferencing experience · Experience in performing asset refresh · Experience in network trouble shooting · Basic knowledge of windows Active directory and group policies · Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment and ladder up to 30 kg.
