Job Summary:

They are seeking a Product Tester who will be responsible for inspecting and testing returns of live sound and recording hardware, as well as pro audio software and various music equipment to ensure proper function and sell-ability.
Responsibilities:
• inspecting and testing our returns of live sound & recording hardware, pro audio software, and a variety of music equipment for proper function and sell-ability
• coordinating our returns with our vendors and our customers to make the overall guest experience flawless
Qualifications:
Required:
• Candidates must have basic working knowledge of MIDI and audio recording concepts, music technology
• Strong working knowledge of computer operating systems
• Desire to pay close attention to detail, high level of organization, and the responsibility to promptly complete assigned tasks
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs
• The ability to work both individually and with a team
• Familiarity with iOS, MAC, and PC functionality
