Launch Your Supply Chain Career at Post Consumer Brands
Interested in solving business challenges, working with cross-functional teams, and helping get products from our plants to consumers' tables? Join Post Consumer Brands as a Supply Chain Intern for a 13-week summer experience designed to provide meaningful work, professional development, and hands-on exposure to the consumer-packaged goods industry.
As a Supply Chain Intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, tackle real business challenges, and gain exposure to planning, logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations. You'll leave the summer with practical experience, a professional network, and a deeper understanding of how supply chains operate in a leading food manufacturing company.
What You'll Do
Depending on business needs and your interests, your project may deal with:
Supply Planning
  • Analyze inventory levels and product availability.
  • Evaluate production and inventory strategies for promotional products.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain performance.

Demand Planning
  • Analyze sales trends and promotional activity.
  • Support forecasting and business planning decisions.
  • Present insights and recommendations to business partners.

Warehouse Operations
  • Evaluate inventory management and warehouse processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and space utilization.
  • Research and recommend process improvements.

Transportation & Logistics
  • Support the movement of products from plants to distribution centers and customers.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Business, Operations, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Graduation dates are between December 2027 and May 2028.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in consumer-packaged goods, manufacturing, or supply chain careers.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Preferred
  • Previous internship, leadership, work, or project experience.
