Job description
- MLS/MLIS from an ALA-accredited program, or academic credentials appropriate to the position.
- Experience in an academic, special, or medical library (including staff or intern positions).
- Evidence of participation in research teams (publications preferred).
- Advanced searching skills and experience with systematic reviews or meta-analysis and biomedical databases (e.g. PubMed, Embase).
- Familiarity with citation management tools (e.g. EndNote, RefWorks, or Mendeley).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A team oriented and user-focused philosophy.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practice resources and standards (e.g. PRISMA or JBI).
- Knowledge of systematic review software (e.g. Rayyan, Covidence, RevMan, or DistillerSR).
