The Mount Tech is a rapidly growing Audio/Video Intergrator and Smart Home technology company serving East Texas. We specialize in TV installations, home theaters, whole-home audio, networking, security cameras, outdoor entertainment, motorized shades, and commercial AV systems.
We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service.

AV Lead Technician Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional Audio/Video, Home Theater, or Low Voltage installation experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with TV mounting, home theaters, distributed audio, networking, and security cameras
  • Ability to read installation plans and follow company standards
  • Excellent cable management and attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work safely on ladders
Preferred Experience
  • 8 ohms/70 volt systems
  • Ubiquiti or Araknis networking
  • URC, Control4, Lutron, or similar automation systems
  • Rack building and structured wiring
  • Commercial AV installations
AV Helper Requirements

  • Low-voltage, wiring, construction, electrical, or handyman experience is preferred but not required
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the Audio/Video industry
