Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Pay Rate: $29.19 per hour
What You'll Do

As an Audio-Visual Technician, you will provide advanced support for a variety of audio and video technologies while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and break down multi-camera systems and audiovisual equipment.
  • Support onsite, hybrid, and remote meetings and events.
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and upgrade A/V equipment and cabling.
  • Configure wireless networking and synchronization channels for data acquisition.
  • Manage and maintain onsite audiovisual equipment inventory and report equipment needs.
  • Install equipment in various environments, including climbing and moving equipment when required.
  • Map software to network drives and transfer large files across storage platforms.
  • Configure and modify customer equipment to meet specific business needs.
  • Perform basic video editing, including cutting, titling, audio adjustments, and codec management.
  • Complete service reports and required documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Provide professional, face-to-face customer support while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Associate degree from an accredited two-year college or technical institution, plus one year of related experience; or
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
