Audio Video Extremes (A/VX)'s Technicians will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting commercial and residential audio, video and security systems. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
Install commercial and residential audio, video, home automation and security systems using industry standards & best practices.
  • Maintain timely communication with the Install Manager and/or sales and management staff to optimize project planning, execution, and completion to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in verifying product inventory accuracy by reviewing checklists to ensure all items are in the vehicle before departing for the jobsite
  • Properly document inventory used on jobsite and any excess inventory
  • Ensure that both customer and company expectations are met promptly
  • Ensure proper documentation in Systems (iPoint/OVRC)
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in Technology
  • Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and regulations
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50-75 pounds regularly, move safely over uneven terrain, and climb ladders while carrying up to 40 pounds. The role requires standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching for extended periods.
