Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive digital outreach strategies that enhance visibility, engagement, and employment outcomes for the Work for Warriors program.
This role leads the development of multimedia content, manages digital platforms, and leverages data analytics to optimize marketing effectiveness. The position requires both creative and technical expertise to translate program goals into impactful digital campaigns.
**This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a statewide digital marketing and outreach strategy.
  • Create and manage multimedia content including videos, graphics, podcasts, and social media posts.
  • Maintain and update program websites in compliance with accessibility and performance standards.
  • Design marketing collateral such as flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Support outreach events through targeted digital campaigns and promotional content.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies.
  • Produce employment-focused digital tools for clients (e.g., video resumes, online portfolios).
  • Collaborate with recruiting and program staff to align messaging and outreach efforts.
