We are the Audi Revolut F1 Team.

Audi entered the FIA Formula 1 World Championship at the start of the 2026 season.

The team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Audi Motorsport Technology Centre, UK, is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

The role as IT Operations Specialist will be responsible for assisting employees with technical issues, inquiries and project delivery. This role ensures the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and contributes significantly to user satisfaction.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1 Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission
  • Provide first-level support to end users (on-site and remote)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, andmaintainITsystems, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT systems
  • Manage IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations
  • Ensurecompliance with IT Policies
  • Document support cases in the ticketing system
  • Provide Onboarding IT Support
  • Collaborate withexternal companiestowork on projects andresolvecomplexissues
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes
Your profile
  • Completed degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in the field of Computer Science or an a pprenticeship as a Computer Scientist with c orresponding further education
  • Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience in a highly technical, engineering‑or R&D‑centric environment
  • Project management certificate and relevant professional experience are required
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory , hardware and networking technologies
  • You have experience with Apple devices
  • Cloud , platform engineering and IT s ecurity experience is beneficial
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Good English skills (spoken and written), German is nice to have
