Role and Team

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager or other designated manager, you will operate motor vehicles on the premises in support of auction activities. Your primary focus is to execute vehicle movement across the lot by transporting and staging units in designated areas under the direction of leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lot Coordination: Coordinate lot driving activities by guiding drivers to ensure the correct vehicles are moved and staged efficiently.
  • Workflow Monitoring: Monitor workflow across the lot, provide direction as needed, and support overall operational accuracy.
  • Safe Operations: Always operate motor vehicles safely and practice conservative, cautious, and courteous driving habits.
  • Operational Support: Safely move, stage, and park various makes, models, sizes, and conditions of vehicles in designated lot areas throughout the shift.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Scan parked vehicles in the Internal Tracking system to maintain accurate inventory and record movement.
  • Technical Support: Jump-start vehicles using a battery box as required.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain work areas to ensure a safe environment and promptly notify managers of all driving-related incidents or potential hazards.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure that company policies, procedures, and state or federal laws are followed.
  • Other Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by the designated manager.
