We are looking for a result-driven Powersports Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll help customers find the right adventure vehicle—whether that’s a snowmobile, ATV, UTV, motorcycle, or other powersports equipment. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing top-notch customer service throughout the buying process.

As a Powersports Sales Associate, you’ll get to share your passion for outdoor adventure while guiding customers to the best products for their needs. You should be knowledgeable about features and benefits, able to answer customer questions, and ensure every guest leaves with an exceptional experience. Ultimately, your goal is to drive sales while helping our customers fuel their passion for the outdoors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them select the right powersports vehicle or equipment.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and new models.
  • Develop leads and maintain relationships through the dealership’s CRM system.
  • Follow up with past customers for referrals and future sales opportunities.
  • Assist customers with financing options, accessories, and add-on packages.
  • Maintain the showroom and lot appearance, ensuring vehicles and displays are clean, organized, and appealing.
  • Attend staff meetings, product trainings, and dealership events.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork with coworkers, managers, and customers.
  • Adhere to dealership processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Sales Manager or General Sales Manager.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Enthusiasm for powersports and the outdoor lifestyle (snowmobiles, ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, etc.)
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Valid in-state driver’s license with acceptable driving record per dealership guidelines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including phone and email etiquette
  • Comfortable using dealership CRM and email software
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around the showroom and lot for extended periods
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and assist with moving/displaying vehicles and equipment
