Job description

Our growing real estate team is looking for an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating an exceptional client experience.

We're looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, stays positive under pressure, and enjoys solving problems rather than simply reacting to them.

If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and finds satisfaction in keeping everything running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.

Full-time, Monday - Friday, in-office.

Compensation depends on experience.

Compensation:

$40,000+ yearly DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible

Additionally:

  • Review contracts and documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Track all contractual deadlines and ensure critical dates are met.

  • Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the transaction.
  • Anticipate potential issues and resolve them before they become problems.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and transaction management systems.

Qualifications:

Additionally:

  • Has experience in residential real estate, transaction coordination, property management, title, mortgage, or another transaction-based industry.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Thinks ahead and anticipates the needs of clients and teammates.
  • Is highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented.
  • Maintains a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Is dependable, adaptable, and committed to excellence.
  • Working knowledge of real estate contracts and timelines is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and CRM software.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, preferably with some college experience.
  • Completion of the DISC profile is required for consideration (be sure to take the next step in the application process),
