Job description

Kasdan Turner Thomson Booth LLLC seeks an Associate Attorney in our Honolulu Office who is eager to join an innovative practice at the forefront of construction defect law.


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

·         Active member of the Hawaii State Bar in good standing

·         3 to 7 years’ experience drafting civil pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses

·         Construction defect and class action experience is a plus.

·         Strong legal research and writing skills.

·         Experience working closely and effectively with expert witnesses.

·         Ability to undertake responsibility for files with partner oversight.


We are looking for a motivated and sharp attorney with strong analytical skills and sound judgment. The ideal candidate will work well in a collaborative team and on individual case assignments, be organized, and be able to prioritize tasks within their assigned cases. Associates collaborate closely with Partners to recover multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for clients from the largest developers and contractors in Hawaii.
