WHAT YOU'LL OWN

As our Senior DAS Construction Manager, you'll lead the full lifecycle of DAS construction projects nationwide from the first bid walk to final closeout. You'll be the person on the ground and at the table, the one clients and contractors rely on to keep things moving and keep quality high.

Develop bid packages and Levels of Effort (LOE) for DAS construction projects; lead vendor selection and contractor negotiations

Oversee and personally perform DAS installation conduit and fiber routing, equipment mounting, grounding, and antenna placement

Provide field direction to general contractors and subcontractors across civil and infrastructure work

Lead site visits through every project phase: bid walks, pre-construction meetings, progress inspections, and closeout

Identify and resolve on-site issues in real time to protect timelines, budgets, and client confidence

Serve as the on-site Safety and Quality Assurance representative — the standard-bearer for how our work looks and performs

Maintain meticulous project documentation, tracking, and closeout records

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Required: 2+ years of direct DAS construction management experience

Required: Strong working knowledge of DAS technology, RF principles, and wireless communication systems

Required: Familiarity with NESC, NEC, and OSHA standards

Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Telecommunications

Preferred: Experience on projects with major carriers (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T)
