What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Plan, organize, staff, administer, and direct nursing services for licensed units under the guidance of the Director of Nursing

  • Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care and related services according to resident care plans

  • Administer medications and complete treatments based on resident needs

  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants

  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards

What You Bring
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • At least three (3) years of nursing experience in a long-term care setting, with the majority in a leadership or management role

  • Medication administration ability and IV certification

  • Strong working knowledge of state rules and regulations

  • A passion for improving the lives of residents

  • Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude
