Staffing by Wake Forest Emergency Physicians, a group known for transparency, lifestyle balance, and excellent care. AdventHealth Polk is a community-owned, non-profit critical access hospital just 1 hour from Asheville on the Blue Ridge escarpment.
Wake Forest Emergency Providers, affiliated with Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and Wake Forest School of Medicine, delivers high-quality emergency care across Hospital Emergency Departments and Free-Standing Emergency Departments throughout the Greater Charlotte Market and Central and Northwest North Carolina. Our physicians practice in settings that offer a strong sense of community and teamwork, while benefiting from the clinical resources, academic collaboration, and innovation of a leading nonprofit health system.

  • 9-bed ED, single coverage, ~11k annual volume (20-40 pts/day)
