The Compliance Specialist reports to the Sales Director – ISO Channel. This position ensures the organization adheres to laws, regulations, and internal policies by monitoring compliance within the ATM Industry and following the guidance provided by Sponsor Banks.

General Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, obtain, and maintain proper documentation as required by Sponsor Banks.
  • Compile and submit required regulatory reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct regular audits, assessments, and reviews to ensure ATMs are following Sponsor Bank's guidelines.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance concerns with both internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or 2+ years' experience in compliance, auditing, or another related field.
  • Meticulous focus on accuracy and adherence to standards in all processes and documentation.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgement.
  • Professional-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Expert skills in MS Office Suite applications and CRM software
  • Excellent organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail.
