Deposit Operations Specialist II - ATM Support
Job Description
SUMMARY
This position is primarily responsible for monitoring the maintenance and performance of First United Bank ATMs and working with service providers to minimize service interruptions to ensure quality customer experience.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
  • Monitors the maintenance and performance of the ATM fleet
  • Coordinates with ATM vendors for any needed service and support
  • Places weekly cash orders for the ATMs
  • Completes ATM settlement and balancing reports entries
  • Monitors and completes ATM recon reports provided by Accounting
  • Researches and resolves ATM dispense and deposit outages

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Completes various reports as assigned
  • ATM supply orders such as receipt paper
  • Ensures the proper display of ATM signage and ADA compliance via ATM audits submitted by the Community Banks.
  • Completes all required compliance exams on a yearly basis.
  • Adherence to all First United Policies and Procedures.
  • Dresses Professionally.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and Work Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Two years banking experience required
  • Two years customer service required
  • Knowledge of financial institution policies and procedures preferred
  • Knowledge of ATM processing preferred

Technical/Functional Competencies
  • Superior customer service skills required
  • Demonstrates good judgment
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrates dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently, without close supervision
  • Must be willing to be on-call after-hours, weekends and holidays to resolve ATM issues
