Overview: The ATM Operations and Experience Manager is responsible for the overall management, performance, and security of MCUโ€™s ATM network. This role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and member satisfaction by overseeing daily ATM activities, vendor relationships, and strategic initiatives to enhance ATM services.


Responsibilities:


  • ATM Network Oversight
    • Manage daily operations of MCUโ€™s ATM fleet, including cash replenishment, balancing, and uptime monitoring.
    • Ensure timely resolution of service issues and preventive maintenance.
  • Security & Compliance
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and MCU policies, including PCI and FFIEC standards.
    • Monitor fraud activity and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as primary liaison with ATM vendors, armored carriers, and processors.
    • Negotiate contracts and enforce service-level agreements.
    • Review and approve invoices accurately to ensure timely payments to vendors
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Prepare and analyze ATM performance reports, transaction volumes, and downtime metrics.
    • Recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and member experience.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Lead ATM expansion, upgrades, and feature enhancements.
    • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Branch Operations to align ATM strategy with MCUโ€™s goals.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise ATM support staff and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
    • Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, Finance, or related field (Masterโ€™s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ATM operations or financial services management.
  • Strong knowledge of ATM hardware/software, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATM monitoring platforms

The pay range for this position is between $66,300-100,800 annually. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, 401(k) with an 6% employer match per pay period. Benefits for this position include Medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance, flexible paid time off and 11 paid holidays annually.
