We’re a local, independent bank with over a century of history serving the Walpole community. As a Teller, you’ll be on the front lines of that mission—greeting customers with a smile, processing their transactions, and helping them feel at home with us.

What You’ll Do:

As a Teller, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our branch—serving customers with accuracy, professionalism, and warmth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and processing a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing
  • Accurately balancing your cash drawer daily and maintaining transaction accuracy
  • Assisting customers with account questions and referring them to appropriate staff for additional support when needed
  • Supporting operational tasks such as ATM and coin machine maintenance, night deposit bag processing, and safe deposit access
  • Upholding all bank policies, procedures, and compliance standards—including Bank Secrecy Act and security requirements
  • Participating in team collaboration to ensure smooth branch operations and a positive customer experience
  • Staying informed about bank products, services, and technology platforms (training provided)
