We are seeking an ATM Coordinator (IT Technician) to join Zions Bancorporation in Midvale, Utah. The ATM Coordinator plays a key role in keeping the ATM fleet up and operational by troubleshooting network, hardware, and software faults on the machines.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Coordinate via phone and email affiliate requested moves, adds and changes of ATM equipment by working directly with vendors, property management, and IT to facilitate the process
  • Manage ATM maintenance projects, such as screen changes, ATM or system updates, etc.
  • Facilitate virtual meetings with vendors, track and provide problem resolutions, service agreement issues, and branch/operations updates
  • Provide troubleshooting to branch network callers and dispatch vendors for hardware/software issues
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Proficient knowledge of and ability to trouble shoot computers and/or system, help desks, and/or banking operations.
  • Ability to coordinate and work with affiliate bank staff and vendors over the phone on projects, equipment change/add requests, and other ATM issues.
  • Ability to identify customer's needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide timely solutions/alternatives.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent and some experience with ATMs and ATM systems, banking, and banking operational processes or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
  • Driving is an essential function of this role and as such, employees must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:30 am MT - 6:00 pm MT

This position is fully in office (5 days a week) at the Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site, the sustainably built campus is the company's primary technology and operations center.
