Job description

Atlas Pool Technician

Do you love working outdoors and helping others? Do you value work-life balance and being part of a friendly, supportive team? If so, you might be the ideal candidate for our team!

At Atlas pools, we serve Dallas-Fort Worth residential customers with a focus on quality and providing a positive customer experience. We are looking for an entry-level pool technician to join our team.

We started in 2024 and most team members have been with us for 1-2 years! We are very loyal to team members who can get the work done with a positive attitude - even if you make a mistake. :-)

As an Atlas Pool Technician, you will be responsible for 12 pools per day, after completing training:

  • Brushing pool walls, netting top of water, vacuuming pool floor (cardio workout)
  • Emptying baskets and cleaner in pool
  • Testing and adding chemicals
  • Texting customers when on the way
  • Replacing "quick swap-out" parts (baskets, cleaner bag, and parts that take < 10 min to replace)
  • Checking equipment for leaks or weird sounds
  • Backwashing the pool filter, when needed
  • Informing office of equipment or clear water issues

Location of Pools: North Richland Hills, Keller, Watauga, and Colleyville areas

Our Technicians:

  • Enjoy working outside
  • Don't mind working in the rain or heat (weather gear provided)
  • Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Have a positive attitude and desire to learn new things
  • Are reliable and finish their routes without any supervision
  • Can lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Take pride in their pools - especially when they come back and the water is still clear!

We offer:

  • Company-provided truck and tools - our team takes the truck home for less driving
  • A competitive pay at $22.50 per hour (3 pools every two hours)
  • Work-life balance, especially if you hustle! (paid the same, even if you finish early)
  • Flexible working hours
  • 2 weeks paid two time off and paid time off during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks (may have 3-5 pools to clean those weeks)
  • Paid training and certification
  • Paid commission on referrals
  • Extra pay for health insurance
  • Hobby benefit perk
  • A supportive and friendly work environment, where we treat our team like family

If you prefer to work by yourself and want to get paid to exercise while working, please apply below.

I look forward to hearing from you!
