Job description

Responsible for the preparation of food for patients, associates, and all other guests. Reviews menus and customer orders to determine type and quantities of food to be prepared.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Ensures department meetings, monthly in-services, training classes, etc. as assigned.
2. Performs and meets customer needs and takes appropriate steps to rectify issues.
3. Maintains stocks and replenishes cafeteria items as needed according to department standards.
4. Maintains cleanliness of cafeteria, serving areas, and tray return areas, and ensures sanitation of all equipment's.
5. Demonstrates a positive and friendly attitude.
6. Prepares and serves daily menu cycle items for grill and deli station.
7. Cleans and stocks area after each meal.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
