Who you are:
The Hospitality Trainer will be instrumental in supporting the operational standards that will serve as the foundation from which Tim Love Restaurants will continue to grow and develop its' staff. You will work closely with the General Managers of each business to ensure that each and every staff member is trained, tested, and supported on all approved processes to ensure efficient execution of all deliverables in steps of service and hospitality. To achieve this, you will spend time at each business working with management to understand their specific operation, identify operational opportunities, and elevate corrective actions to promote continuity and consistency in service excellence.
Who you'll report to:
  • Chief Operating Officer (COO)

What you'll do:
  • Operational Training: develop, implement, and lead an operational-based training program across all business to enhance guest services.
  • Deployment of Operational Initiatives: Work with our leadership team to identify opportunities leading to the development and deployment of initiatives that will impact operations, guest engagement, and future development. This includes preparing action plans, analyzing data, and creating process review reports.
  • Cross-functional on-property support (Task Force): With transformations and growth, there will be businesses that will need additional field support from time to time as new hires are coming on board or relocating from another of our businesses to fill in as business dictates.
  • Process Consultations: Perform reviews and consultations of assigned procedures and identify areas of opportunity to gain efficiency, drive revenue, and exceed guest expectations.

What we need from you:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience within the hospitality industry and advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations within a multi-concept environment
  • Possess professional level facilitation skills
  • Must have demonstrated experience providing exemplary guest service
  • Must possess strong attention to detail and follow up skills with ability to quickly identify and resolve problems
  • Must possess a dynamic and effective training style
  • Must be flexible with the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as our business dictates
  • Must be friendly, outgoing, service driven, and somewhat of a "rock star" in the hospitality industry
  • Must possess the ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment
  • Must possess strong presentation and effective communication skills
  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and quickly adaptable in an ever changing environment
